For tile fixing, Weberset TF eco plus was chosen for its excellent adhesion and non-slip properties. This low-VOC adhesive supports sustainable building practices and offers extended pot life, allowing for precise and efficient application on both walls and floors. Fireproofing Confidence with Monokote® MK-6 HY

GCP’s Monokote® MK-6 HY, a gypsum-based spray-applied fireproofing solution, was deployed to meet stringent fire safety standards. Known for its ease of application and product reliability, Monokote® delivers up to 4-hour fire protection per BS476 Part 21 for interior concealed applications. Its exclusive injection technology allows the slurry to harden within 15 minutes, enabling continuous spray passes and boosting jobsite efficiency.
