Sales Administrator
About the Role
Saint Gobain Hong Kong Limited is looking for a Sales Administrator to support our front line sales team and contribute to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in quotation and order processing, sales coordination, CRM management, and cross functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration & Order Coordination
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and contracts accurately for customers and distributors
- Verify pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, credit control, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain strong day to day communication with customers and sales team
Sales Team Support
- Provide office based support to field sales representatives, including:
- Preparation of submission documents and presentations
- Coordination of product samples and marketing materials
- Assist Sales Manager in updating price lists and managing discount approvals
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records in the CRM system
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and basic data analysis to support decision making

Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, or related disciplines

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive market leadership and profitable growth by managing the full lifecycle of a portfolio of customer centric construction materials and solutions.
The Product Manager acts as the hub of the wheel and key driver for the assigned product lines, owning and coordinating all activities related to the portfolio. This role is accountable for mobilizing and engaging cross functional teams across R&D, technical, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales to ensure strong execution and delivery.
You will own product strategy, product marketing, and go to market execution, translating customer needs, market intelligence, and competitive insights into winning product offerings and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Cross Functional Leadership (Hub of the Wheel)
- Act as the driver and single point of ownership for assigned product lines, coordinating all product related activities
- Mobilize and align R&D, technical, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product strategies and launches
- Ensure accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Define and execute product strategy, including product mix, product roadmap, pricing strategy, and channel strategy
- Continuously optimize the product portfolio in response to market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Manage product lifecycle decisions, including enhancements, rationalization, and response to product or market changes
New Product Development
- Lead the New Product Development (NPD) process from concept to launch, including feasibility studies, testing, approvals, and commercialization
- Coordinate cross functional teams to advance product development efficiently and effectively
- Ensure new products meet local market needs, comply with local and regional regulations, and align with brand positioning
Product Positioning & Differentiation
- Define and clearly communicate the technical advantages and value proposition of each brand’s product solutions
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and support spec in strategies to strengthen market position
- Support, arrange, and manage third party testing and certification processes
- Oversee product trials to drive performance improvement and quality assurance
- Collaborate with product managers in other locations to explore new product opportunities and share product and market intelligence
Product Marketing & Go to Market Execution
- Own product marketing, including value proposition development, positioning, packaging concepts, and sales pitch creation
- Develop and execute go to market plans, product launches, and commercialization initiatives
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to deliver effective marketing and sales enablement tools
Sales & Technical Enablement
- Develop training materials, technical datasheets, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Work with Technical Services and Product Stewardship to develop method statements, SDS, and sales tools
- Conduct technical workshops and training for sales teams, customers, and applicators
- Support sales and customers through technical support, testing, and certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or construction related disciplines (civil engineering, building science, etc.)
- Requires 5 - 7 years of progressive product management, marketing and new product development experience
- Experience in product management, R&D, or technical roles within construction materials
- Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and market dynamics
- Project management ability to manage timelines, resources and deliverable across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Product marketing experience (positioning, pricing, go to market) is a plus
- Knowledge of certification, testing, and green building standards would be an added advantage
- Candidates of any nationality are welcome. Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is required to support effective communication with local stakeholders
