Saint-Gobain Showcases Green Building Leadership at ReThink HK 2025
Saint-Gobain was proud to participate in this year’s ReThink HK event at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC)—a premier platform for driving sustainable development in the built environment sector.
Our CEO, Pascaline Hayoun, joined the panel discussion on “Green Construction, Transformations and Insights for the City,” where she shared Saint-Gobain’s global expertise in sustainable construction. Drawing on our contributions to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Pascaline highlighted how circular economy standards and low-carbon materials are reshaping urban development in Hong Kong and Macau. She also advocated for government policies that mandate recycled content in construction materials and proposed joint initiatives between industry chambers to accelerate the net-zero transition.
Our team visited the South Star Booth to explore the latest innovations in glass technologies—an area where Saint-Gobain continues to lead with high-performance, energy-efficient solutions.
To conclude an inspiring day, the Saint-Gobain team attended the “So French So Green” Networking Cocktail at the Residence of the French Consulate General. This exclusive gathering brought together professionals and partners from across the construction and sustainability sectors, fostering meaningful connections and future collaborations.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau, Business France Hong Kong, CCEF, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for organizing such a meaningful and impactful event.
