AIRSIDE, a 700,000 sq. ft. shopping mall in Kai Tak, Hong Kong, opened in 2023. Designed by Snøhetta, it features dining, retail, entertainment, and cultural spaces, including an indoor surfing venue, pet-friendly zones, and a rooftop garden.
